Financial Needs (How to Donate)

 HOW?

•  A. Send a check or money order payable to Janz Team Ministries, noting the designation on a separate slip ‘for the ministry of ___’.  As a supporter you are encouraged to indicate your financial commitment by using the pledge form on the left side of this page. Once the donation is processed, a receipt, along with a return envelope, will be mailed to you for your convenience.
• B. Many churches allow members to channel support through their church. Check with your church treasurer for details.
• C. Postdated checks are acceptable. You may send in checks covering a period of up to one year and dated appropriately.
• D. We can also process monthly donations through automatic withdrawal from your bank. This saves you time and postage. Please request details from the JTM office.

HOW OFTEN?

Some donors may wish to send in a single check for the year.  For example, if you plan to support a missionary for $100 per month, you may wish to send in one check for $1200 to cover the entire year.  Another option is to send a check bi-monthly, quarterly or semi-annually.

RECEIPTS

An official receipt for tax purposes will be sent once the donation is processed.  Donations that are marked as a “personal gift” (i.e. birthday, Christmas, etc.) are considered non-deductible for tax purposes.

Each month, Janz Team Ministries sends a statement of all donation particulars to the missionary.  This keeps the missionary informed regarding your support.
